About the pricing
All prices include customizing of your logo on the product (unless otherwise indicated). Taxes are applicable and transportation costs are billed. The prices and information given on this website are subject to change without notice, and without any possible harm to the Zaco - Identification corporative. Assembly costs, and other graphics fees may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the change in prices before production of your order.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, minimum charge of $50 will be charged, plus the cost of labor and the merchandise already in production. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Order Acceptance
For your order to be valid, we must receive your written approval. Usually it is the signed approval of the draft logo and the order sent by email.
Shipping and delivery
To order, please allow a normal delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks for most products. Zaco - Identification corporative ships orders across Canada. Shipping fees will be charged. If you want a faster delivery, please contact our customer service who will be happy to take care of your order to meet the desired delivery date.
Payment terms and credit
For companies that do not have a credit history approved with Zaco - Identification corporative, the total payment has to be made by Visa or Master Card when sending the command. An invoice will be sent once you have received your products with the amount due for the transportation costs. Customers with approved credit history have within 30 days following receipt of the goods.
Retention of title
Products delivered remain our property until full payment of your bill. Interest charges of 2% per month will be charged for any account-delayed more than 30 days.
Return of goods
Check the goods upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Transportation costs outside of Canada and customs fees or brokerage charges are not refundable. The return will be accepted if the print is not consistent with what you approved or that the delivered products have manufacturing defects. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Products made of glass, ceramic, porcelain or acrylic
Slight variations or imperfections can happen in materials such as glass, ceramics, porcelain or acrylic. This is quite normal and does not represent a defect.
Quantity compared to the invoiced amount
In the case of some items, the production may be subject to more or less 10% of the quantity ordered. You will receive an invoice or credit depending on the exact quantity delivered. If you paid your order by credit card, an invoice will be sent by email and the amount will be charged or refunded to the credit card used when ordering. If your order has been paid by check, a refund or an invoice will be sent.
Product availability
We perform regular update on our website, which features articles from several suppliers and manufacturers worldwide. We do not keep products in stock and displayed but we have access to thousands of promotional items. The items are ordered directly from our manufacturers and suppliers. We are not responsible for shortages of these manufacturers and suppliers. When manufacturers and suppliers notify us of the availability of a new product, or if a product is out of stock or discontinued, the website is updated. Customers who placed an order for an item out of stock or discontinued will be notified as soon as possible. A similar product or refund will be offered. As some products must be imported, we can not be held responsible if your order is detained by customs or any other reason beyond our control. Please note that customs fees and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient to all orders shipped outside of Canada.
Zaco - Identification corporative can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to strikes of suppliers, rationing equipment or any other cause beyond its control.

The colors displayed on screen may vary from one monitor to another. The colors of the products shown on the site are for guidance only. The colors of the products may also vary from one batch to another.
