Decorating Methods for promotional products

Screenprint1.jpg Screen Print
This method consists of pressing the ink through a fine mesh screen to the product surface. Each different color pattern is placed on its own screen. It is then applied separately on the product and requires treatment through rapid drying (called "flashing") before the next color is applied. It is an economical way to get maximum visibility. Screen printing is used in many products such as briefcases, bags, pens, cups etc..
Tampographie.jpg Pad Printiing
A print used for small items or those with an unusual shape when the screen printing is not appropriate process. Small watch dials, golf balls, pens and other articles of cylindrical shape are a few examples. We proceed to the pad by first creating a template punch to the image of your logo or design, the exact format required to suit the product. The template is then filled with the required color ink and a "print buffer" elastic silicone is then pressed onto the template filled with ink to capture the image. The pad is pressed and then passed directly to the product to transfer the inked image of the product surface. For multicolor images, a different template is prepared for each color and used, one after the other, with drying between each application buffer.
engraving-3.jpg Laser
Laser engraving gives you a flawless logo, of refined and polished appearance. This process is traditionally used on pens and other metallic items. Burning and / or laser personalization logos is available on most metals.
